Carolyn Rose Lake

"I walked into my first yoga class many years ago with the knowledge I would teach someday. I went on to teach every other aspect of fitness until arriving full circle into yoga. I felt as though I had all of the pieces, but I needed something to put them together. The NCSF completed that circle, working one on one with highly trained professionals was truly an honor. I am proud to say I've had many mentors in life, and I look forward to many more. I honestly believe I am following the road chosen for me. My strength is mental, not physical. My students achieve many goals through the power of the mind, by providing strength within movement, confidence through self-control, and pride through accomplishments, so they may walk their road a little taller, and alot stronger. Carolyn Rose Lake is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, 200 hour RYT registered through the National Yoga Alliance, AFFA Group Certified Exercise/Spin Instructor, and Les Mills Bodystep. She has trained side by side with top-notch instructors organizing Triathalon Trainings, studying the Art of Flying, and various Kick-Boxing/Martial Art Techniques.

Carolyn has a comprehensive understanding of Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Anatomy of Yoga, Shiatsu, Thai Bodywork, Ayruveda, Sanskrit, Yogic Philosophy, Mudras, and Meditation techniques.

Carolyn has trained in Kali Ray Tri Yoga, Rasa, Meridian, and Kundalini Yoga.
