Enjoying fitness is a way of life for me and can be for you as well. I have experienced first hand the positive effects fitness training has had on my physical and emotional health. I joined the field five years ago to deliver my message to others. Through time, dedication and commitment, I have helped my clients not only lose weight, gain lean muscle mass, increase sports performance and decrease pain, but I have seen people transform their lives. I truly believe everyone is capable of enjoying fitness and the body he or she has always dreamed of, but also understand the dedication and challenges that come along the way. Through consistent training and motivation, I am able to provide individualized support and education, showing my clients how to balance nutrition, fitness, cardio training, weight training and supplementation to reach their individual goals.

Founded in 2009, Fitness for Life is owned and operated by James P. Davis. James studied exercise science at Southern New Hampshire Community College and became an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer in 2004, an Apex Certified Fitness and Nutrition Professional in 2005 and a Certified Kinesis Instructor in 2006. In 2009, James was certified by the Fitness Professional Training Academy and became a Certified Dynamax Medicine Ball Specialist. James is also currently enrolled in ISSA Elite Personal Trainer course. James has been certified in AED and CPR since 2004.
