Lois started her professional fitness career at the Fitness Factory in Newburyport and for the past eight years served as the Director of Fitness and as a Personal Trainer. In 2010, she branched out on her own to teach, motivate and partner with clients to experience the benefits of healthy activity and eating.
As a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and chef, she can introduce you to a healthy approach to your lifestyle. Lois provides her clients with a specialized “program design” that focuses on the whole person – lifestyle, physical-self and mental wellbeing.
Lois has built a broad client-base ranging from young adults to seniors, from the highly trained athlete to those clients starting a physical fitness program for the first time. In addition, she specializes in pre/post rehabilitative conditioning work with clients with hip, knee, shoulder or back injuries.
