Mondays 7:30-8:30 - $10 per Class
Cardio Striptease
Go for a lap dance instead of a lap with this exotic workout involving strength, stamina and pure sexiness!
Cardio striptease is a low impact aerobic workout that uses striptease moves. Between aerobics and a sensual yoga it is the routine that will not only work out your body but also your self confidence and sex appeal as it not only focuses on fitness but also in being and feeling sexy. One might say that strip aerobics and cardio striptease are as much about losing inhibitions as weight.

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 - $10 per Class
Boot Camp
A kick butt workout! Challenge your body to a new extreme using plyometrics, weight and resistance training!

Thursdays 5:00-6:00 - $10 per Class
Movement
A dynamic workout involving vigorous, flowing movements challenging your mind, body and breath to a whole new level!
