The Three Requirements for Achieving All Fitness Goals
In order for every client to achieve their fitness goals 100% of the time, the following three topics must be understood. We teach all of our clients these topics. There is no way around any one topic. There are no exceptions.

A. Nutrition-Generally requires the consumption of six smaller meals every day each containing a portion of protein and a portion of carbohydrates. Proper nutrition accounts for over 60% of your success in achieving your fitness goals.

B. Cardiovascular Training-Generally required at least three times each week for at least 20 minutes.

C. Strength Training-Generally required at least three times each week for three months in order to significantly change one's physique. Without strength training, the average individual loses more than one-half pound of muscle per year after age 25.

When you first contact the "Fitness Pros", you will discuss your current fitness status, fitness goals and timeframe for reaching those goals. Together you and the "Fitness Pros" will determine which training package is most appropriate for achieving your goals. Generally, the average person will benefit most from a three-month package that consists of three personal training sessions per week and a nutrition analysis and consultation.

After you decide on a training package, you will then set a time and date to meet with us and begin your program. You will be assigned a personal trainer who will help you achieve your fitness goals. Trainers are assigned based on your desired training times and days and your specific fitness goals. During your initial meeting, you will review your fitness goals, complete the paperwork and take care of the financial terms. All packages are pre-paid during the initial visit. Additionally, you will be given a stretching manual that teaches you how to stretch before your workouts and food logs to complete in preparation for your nutrition consultation. This administrative process takes between twenty and thirty minutes. Immediately following the administrative process, you will begin your first training session, which will last anywhere from fifteen to fifty-five minutes. The first week of training will consist of lighter and shorter sessions in order for your body to become acclimated to physical fitness, as well as allow your trainer to become familiar with your body and fitness abilities.

Your food logs should be completed during the first week of your program. Once completed, you will receive your nutrition consultation, which lasts about forty-five minutes to an hour.

In the first two weeks after your nutrition consultation, you should begin to see results. As the weeks pass, you will notice continual and gradual improvement in your appearance, energy levels and fitness abilities, as long as you are scheduling and showing up for your sessions, allowing your trainer to push you, and following the nutrition guidelines you were taught.
